Swimmer's ear solution

Try gold medalist swimmer Natalie Coughlin's recipe for preventing swimmer's ear. It's a good idea to mix up a batch and take it with you if you're headed for the beach or the pool!

To make:
Mix equal parts rubbing alcohol (to dry) and white vinegar (to disinfect) in an eyedropper.

To use:
Put a few drops into the ear canal, wait 30 seconds, and drain.
