After reading your entry on planting potatoes, I planted about 4 potatoes found sprouting in my cabinet. This weekend we dug them up and have been feasting on SEVEN pounds of beautiful red spuds! How exciting to have taken a few shriveled potatoes that I normally would have thrown away and watched it multiply into this!
